This notice describes the planned direct TikTok integration in the private JARVIS dashboard. The integration requests access only after the TikTok account holder authorises it.

Data accessed

With TikTok consent, JARVIS may read the authorised account’s username, display name, follower and aggregate-like statistics, and public video identifiers, titles, creation times, views, likes, comments and shares. The integration does not access private messages or request permission to publish, modify or delete TikTok posts.

Purpose and use

JARVIS uses the statistics to show performance trends and comparisons for the authorised TikTok account. It makes performance estimates, not guaranteed TikTok recommendations. TikTok Display API does not provide watch-time or audience-retention statistics.

Storage and security

The planned integration uses Cloudflare-hosted server code and a restricted database. TikTok OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are not shown in the browser. Authorisation state is time-limited. Snapshot history may include video-level statistics and timestamps. Access to the dashboard remains restricted to its owner. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Service providers

TikTok provides the authorised data. Cloudflare provides hosting and related infrastructure. Information may be processed by those services under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. This integration does not intentionally sell TikTok account data or use it for advertising.

Retention and withdrawal

The planned analytics system limits retained snapshots to the latest 200 per authorised account. It has no guaranteed time-based deletion schedule. Using the JARVIS disconnect control is designed to revoke access and delete saved connection tokens and stored TikTok analytics snapshots. Backups and service-provider records may be subject to separate retention. Until the connection is deployed, no TikTok account data is collected by this integration.
